The procedure is easy. You download a the remote connection software and then run the program that
is downloaded to your pc. When you hit connect, it allows me to look at
your computer and make the changes needed to fix it. You can call me at

When you download and run the software a connection is made from your pc to
one of our technicians computers. This connection is secured using
industry standard encryption. you can then watch as our technicians work
on your computer in real time
The only requirement is that you have a pc and an internet
connection. If you are reading this page, you probably meet the
requirements.
Anytime, you can call us to setup a time or we can fix it now.
Remote Support is $50.00 USD per hour. We will only bill you after the
problem has been resolved. If we don't fix it, you don't get charged.
Onsite Support is $100.00 USD per hour. Again, you don't get charged if
we don't fix it.
