How do I get my computer fixed  ?

The procedure is easy.  You download a the remote connection software and then run the program that is downloaded to your pc.  When you hit connect, it allows me to look at your computer and make the changes needed to fix it.  You can call me at 573.233.4774 and I can walk you thru it

How does it work ?

When you download and run the software a connection is made from your pc to one of our technicians computers.  This connection is secured using industry standard encryption.  you can then watch as our technicians work on your computer in real time

How much does it cost?

Remote Support is  $50.00 USD per hour.  We will only bill you after the problem has been resolved.  If we don't fix it, you don't get charged.

Onsite Support is $100.00 USD per hour.  Again, you don't get charged if we don't fix it.
